Work Experience
Supporting the development of employability skills is something that it really important in Post 16. That is why we have developed our work experience offer.
We appreciate that not every student is ready to launch into the world of work.
That is why we offer many students Experiences of Work on site.
These experiences include the following:
- School supplies
- School librarian
- Car Wash
- Young Enterprise
- Horticulture
- Class snack bar
- Cleaning
For students who are ready, we have been able to develop some really strong links with business from our local community. Students get a huge amount from their work experience placements and love putting the skills they lean in school into practice.
