We have two new books this term…
We will be exploring these stories in a range of sensory ways and using them as inspiration for our own writing, whether that be letter formation, captions and labels, beginnings, endings or whole stories.
We will be exploring addition and subtraction.
Learning what happens, when we add and take away from numbers and quantities.
This will involve working with physical apparatus, number lines, 100 squares and numicon.

Outdoor Learning, Horse Riding, Music and lots more exciting things
Our swimming sessions have finished for this year.
On a Wednesday afternoon some we have begun to run different activities for students that have been matched to their needs.
Some students have begun Horse Riding, while others are developing a range of skills in Outdoor Learning and others are exploring their creativity with a music session.
On a Thursday morning all of the students from Secondary have come together and been mixed according to need to explore the elements of Personal, Social and Health Education.
On a Friday afternoon all of the student from Secondary have come together and been mixed according to need to challenge themselves physically in a range of sporting and games contexts.
